Produced with grapes grown in vineyards on the plains around Manzanares in La Mancha. Some of the vineyards still grow bush vines, which offer a lower yield but more intense flavour in the grapes.This wine is cool fermentated with selected yeast strains.This method of processing ensures the retention of the fresh fruit flavours, and prevents the introduction of phenolic compounds found in pressed juice. Bottled with minimal filtration.
