An organic rosé grown by Manuel Olmo on his vineyards in Utiel-Requena, a high, rugged plateau, more than 900 metres above sea level just inland from Valencia, Spain. The combination of hot, dry summers, cold nights and the limestone soil make the area relatively free of vine diseases and is therefore ideal for organic farming. Manuel has created this delicious wine using no natural fertilisers, no chemicals and all biological pest control.
