This is one of the best Gavi's we have come across and so we had to send it to our customers. The Cortese grapes are selected from organically farmed vineyard in the Tassarolo zone of Gavi, a very high quality region inside Gavi. After hand-harvesting, vinification takes place in stainless steel at controlled temperatures, to maintain freshness and aromas. The wine spends a short time on they yeast cells before bottling, adding a slight richness to the wine.
