Terraces of the Moon is named for the terraced vineyards this wine comes from in the Dolomite foothills of northern Italy. Made by the Cavit Cooperative which was founded in 1950 and now boasts over 4,000 grape growers and 7000 hectares of vineyards, they now make over 60% of the region's wine.
