High up in the mountains of the Trentino region in northern Italy sits the vineyards of the Cavit Cooperative. With over 7000 hectares of vineyards and nearly 4500 growers, the cooperative is a major part of the local economy here accounting for over 60% of the total wine production from the region. This Pinot Grigio is sourced from a vineyard on the hillside of Valle dell'Adige which gives the wine its name.
