For this wine the winemaker picked an up-and-coming region to find something that would tick the boxes “I went for IGP Mediterannée because the style of the wine over there is very easy-going. Reminds you of a holiday in the South of France. Perfect associations with rosé”. He selected four different Grenache bases that would give perfect fruitiness and lightness and blended it with 15% Syrah for some delicate spicy notes to give some character to the wine.
