The grapes for this pure Merlot come from Veneto. After harvesting, the berries are crushed and macerated on the peels at a controlled temperature. The grapes are then pressed and fermented with selected yeasts. The removal of this merlot takes place in stainless steel tanks with a subsequent refinement in the bottle. Enjoy this dry red wine with polenta, roasted vegetables or with a pasta dish.
