Hailing from the Curico Valley in Chile, where there's a Mediterranean-style climate as a result of the vines being shielded from the Pacific Ocean by the Coastal Range, this Chardonnay is fresh and buttery from the cool evenings in the valley. The grapes are harvested by hand before being aged in a mixture of oak and steel barrels.
