This is a dry pale pink rosé, similar in style to a provence rosé. Made with grapes grown on old vines in Languedoc - Rousillon. The grapes undergo a short maceration period (where the skins remain in contact with the juice), to allow some colour extraction (the skins of the grape give the wine it's colour), before cool temperature fermentation in stainless steel which helps to preserve the fresh fruit flavours rather than make it a fuller bodied style.
