Sourced from an organically certified family estate in Terra Alta near Tarragona, where the winemaker has his own wine turbine to generate electricity for his cellar, uses all the left over grape skins, pips & stalks for fertilizer as well as recycling rainwater in his vineyard. In the cellar he gives the wine a gentle filtration & uses light weight bottles packed in brown unbleached cartons.
