The 70% Merlot and 30% Raboso grapes were destemmed to reduce the levels of tannins in the resulting wine ensuring it delivers an easy drinking style. Each grape variety was fermented separately with selected yeasts in temperature controlled stainless steel tanks. These were then blended and kept in tank to retain the purity of fruit and freshness, until bottled.
