A selection of premium quality grapes were hand harvested from mature vineyards in the Veneto and Friuli, northern Italy. These vineyards make the wine richer than most Pinot Grigios. The wine spends 3 to 6 months on fine lees before bottling, further adding to the richness of the wine.
