The vineyards for this white are located in the north-west corner of Utiel Requena, 900 metres above sea level. Wines are made from organically grown grapes in vineyards cultivated using natural fertilisers, cover crops, and biological control of pests. The grapes are pressed and the juice fermented in temperature controlled, stainless steel tanks, thus retaining as much of the natural freshness of the grapes as possible.
