A dry, minerally and textured Riesling that shows the potential for the variety in Piemonte. The Riesling grapes were planted in 2002 on an east facing slope and are grown in the coolest vineyard sites, where they can ripen slowly. High quality aged Riesling also develops a signature Petrol aroma; not what you'd expect but absolutely delicious!
