A delicious easy drinking white with a label inspired by the strong graphic patterns of Argentine gaucho costumes. Palomino, Pedro Ximenez and Torrontes grapes are harvested in the cool of the night to preserve freshness. The grapes are then co-fermented at cold temperatures to produce a crisp and aromatic white wine.
