Sauvignon Gris is a less common grape and not much is planted today as it had been thought to have gone extinct. That is until it was rediscovered by a winemaker from the Loire Valley in France. Chile is fast becoming the "spiritual home" of the grape and we absolutely love this really interesting wine style!
