Made by the Cave de l'Ormarine cooperative in the Languedoc region of Southern France on their terraced vineyards which slope gently up from the western shores of the Étang de Thau, the grapes for this Picpoul are grown 40 metres above sea level on a chalky clay plateau rich in limestone and quartz.
