This delicate rosé is grown by Laurent Icard in a little village called Saint Georges d’Orques in the south of France, 8km inland from Montpellier. Interestingly this wine isn't filtered during fermentation, unlike most of our other wines, which helps to bring out the flavour in the months after the grapes have been picked and pressed.
