Created by winemaker Adria Vini, this Montepulciano is grown from forty year old vines in Abruzzo, Italy. Once the grapes are picked, it's fermented in small batches between 28 and 30C using natural yeasts. After that, it's transferred to Adria’s cellars and matured in a combination of large Slavonian oak casks and French oak barriques for 6-8 months.
