This is one of our favourite Pinot Grigio's that we have brought in, so we are really excited for you to give it a go. This is grown in the gently hilly Oltrepo Pavese DOC, these gentle hills are what make this wine so great! The slopes and hills help the grapes achieve perfect ripeness, whilst retaining the classic acidity. This wine also gets a lightly nutty style from 4 months on the leftover yeast cells from fermentation.
