This wine is a blend of fruit sourced from the Marsala area on the west coast of Sicily, and from high altitude hillside vineyards near Alcamo. Gentle pressing, cool, slow fermentation in temperature controlled stainless steel tanks using selected yeasts. The wine was bottled young after a short period of ageing on fine lees in stainless steel. This afeing on lees, adds complexity and a touch of richness to a fresh style.
